I received a promotional credit and taken over normal balance. How do i get my original balance back?

you have to pay it down to where you credit limit was to begin with, a good idea is to go about 10 below the limit all the time so finance charges do not put you over your limit again. hope this is what you meant if not then i have no clue what you are talking about
